Rosalie Joseph serves as President of Projects With Care, the umbrella organization for the 2 programs she co-founded, Stockings With Care in 1992 and Project First Day in 2007. Throughout her professional life Rosalie has been a Vice President of Casting at ABC and CBS as well as an independent Casting Director for theater, film and TV. Rosalie served on the Casting Society of America Board for 2 decades and is presently serving on the Board of Casting Society Cares, an organization focused on Equity In Entertainment, training and education and philanthropic projects. In 2019, CSA created the Rosalie Joseph Humanitarian Award to honor her philanthropic work both inside and outside the entertainment industry. The award will be presented annually to a Casting Professional who actively works in philanthropic and humanitarian causes. In other volunteer work, she is an active member of her downtown community.

Tom Fontana has written and produced such groundbreaking television series as St. Elsewhere, Homicide: Life On The Street, Oz, The Philanthropist, and Canal+'s Borgia. Fontana wrote the HBO film Strip Search, directed by Sidney Lumet, as well as contributed two pieces to the September 11th special America: A Tribute to Heroes. He is currently the showrunner on the Showtime series, City On A Hill. He has received, among others, three Emmy Awards, four Peabody Awards, three Writers’ Guild Awards, four Television Critics Association Awards, the Cable Ace Award, the Humanitas Prize, a Special Edgar and the first prize at Geneva’s Cinema Tout Ecran Festival.

Fontana co-founded Stockings with Care, is President Emeritus of the WGAE Foundation / Writers Guild Initiative, and serves on the boards of the American Theatre Wing, the Williamstown Theatre Festival, and the Acting Company. He’s established unrestricted scholarships at Canisius High School, All Hallows High School, and SUNY College / Buffalo, from which he received a Doctorate in Letters and the Distinguished Alumni Award.

Kevin Wolf graduated with a degree in Botany Sciences and went on to graduate from Harvard Business School’s Executive MBA program. Kevin is a co-founder and board member of TABS (Torah and Biblical Studies), TheTorah.com., a scholarly site for people of all religious beliefs to submit their views on the Bible. He has also been a board member of The Bronx Charter School and The Ohashi Institute.

Lizzie Moncrief is a Colorado native. She has worked in the music industry in NYC for 12 years. Lizzie is currently a member of the Music Legal team at Meta and she also serves on the Board of Headcount.org.

Jeff Kozel has been involved with Projects With Care since 2015, and was formerly the fundraising co-chair. He became the organizations first Executive Director in 2023 after serving as Board Member for several years. Jeff has been a business leader in several for-profit industries and is excited to work with Projects With Care to expand its impact in the community.

Lisa Loosemore is a long-time supporter of Projects With Care/Stockings With Care. She is the owner of Viking Entertainment In New York City.

Rita Sacchi has been a supporter and volunteer for the last 30 years. She has worked as a volunteer fundraiser for various institutions, including Long Island College Hospital, The Brooklyn Museum and The Berkeley Carroll School in Park Slope, where she was a Trustee. She successfully chaired the Berkeley Carroll School Annual Auction for many years. After her children moved on, she received her Screenwriting Certificate at The New School, where 2 of her scripts received the Voice Over Award. She is a Fundraising Co-Chair of Projects With Care.

Jessica Hecht is an award winning actress and teacher. She lives in New York with her family and when she's not acting, she works with The Campfire Project. An organization she started which brings arts based wellness to refugee spaces around the world.

Karin Schall is a long time supporter of both of Project With Care’s legacy programs, Stockings With Care and Project First Day. She is the Manager of Special Events at Lincoln Center Theater.

Roger Karshan is a partner at Suskin/Karshan management, where he has worked as a talent manager for the past 15 years, engineering the careers of a number of well known film, television and theater performers. Roger attended Tisch Film School and prior to turning to management he worked as a screenwriter and script editor in London and Dublin, writing the Irish Film & Television award winning film REWIND. He currently lives in Brooklyn, New York with his wife and two children.

Melissa Kelly is a long-time supporter of Projects With Care. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of MA+Group, overseeing seven divisions across four international offices.

Kat Kane is a partner at Fenway Strategies, where she leads a team of speechwriters and communications strategists. In addition to collaborating with public figures and organizations to tell their stories, she oversees team workflow and leads the firm’s speaker coaching work. Previously, she served as deputy director of speechwriting for the mayor of New York City and was an aide on Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign. Prior to politics, she worked in news production at MSNBC, CNN, and NY1.
