Rosalie Joseph serves as President of Projects With Care, the umbrella organization for the 2 programs she co-founded, Stockings With Care in 1992 and Project First Day in 2007.  Throughout her  professional life Rosalie has been a Vice President of Casting at ABC and CBS as well as an independent Casting Director for theater, film and TV.  Rosalie served on the Casting Society of America Board for 2 decades and is presently serving on the Board of Casting Society Cares, an organization focused on Equity In Entertainment, training and education and philanthropic projects . In 2019, CSA created the Rosalie Joseph Humanitarian Award to honor her philanthropic work both inside and outside the entertainment industry. The award will be presented annually to a Casting Professional who actively works in philanthropic and humanitarian causes. In other volunteer work, she is an active member of her downtown community.
